No Refunds

Tickets purchased through the AFTERHOURS website are generally non-refundable and cannot be cancelled or exchanged after purchase.

The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not generally apply to tickets for events held on a specific date.

This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights under applicable Dutch or European law.

Event Cancellation or Changes

If an event is cancelled, postponed or significantly changed, ticket holders will be informed as soon as reasonably possible.

Where required by applicable law, eligible ticket holders will receive a refund.
